Refund Policy

SSDG Inc offers digital services and software licenses delivered electronically. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is structured to reflect the nature of software licensing, activation, and compliance with digital commerce regulations.

 

Subscription Plans (Monthly/Annual)

• SSDG offers a partial refund (minus processing and licensing fees) if requested within 5 calendar days of the initial subscription and the license has not been activated (i.e., no login or usage detected).

• Once your license is activated or accessed, the subscription is non-refundable for the active billing period.

• You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. Access will remain available until the end of your billing cycle.

One-Time Purchases (Digital Tools, Credits, Reports)

• All one-time purchases are non-refundable once the item is delivered or accessed (e.g., Proposal Generator used, Visibility Boost activated).

• If the product was purchased in error and remains unused for 48 hours, a partial refund may be granted on request, less applicable transaction and service fees.

Taxes, Fees & Deductions

• Refunds (where applicable) do not include transaction processing fees, taxes, or platform licensing costs already incurred.

• These deductions will be clearly stated in the refund summary provided.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

• Change of mind after license activation

• User error, misuse of features, or unmet expectations due to future feature assumptions

• Custom setups, business-specific implementation requests, or third-party integrations

• Registered account email

• Order or invoice number

• A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will respond within 3 business days. If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
